"Among Us" is an original and profoundly vibrant work, born from a collective artistic experience at the Saguenay 2025 Symposium .
During the event, Pauline Larouche invited visitors to participate directly in the creation process by adding their own color and personal touch to the composition. Each contribution helped create a vibrant, spontaneous, and playful world, where shapes, patterns, and small drawings each tell a part of this encounter between the artist and the public.
At the heart of this composition, rich in movement, an owl naturally emerged from the white, curved lines , as if it had always been hidden within the artwork, simply waiting to be discovered. Its expressive gaze immediately draws the eye and lends the whole piece an endearing personality.
The richness of Among Us also lies in the multitude of details it contains. Every small drawing made by the participants has been preserved , making this canvas a true collective testament. Colors, patterns, and characters mingle in joyful harmony, creating a dynamic work that invites the eye to wander and constantly discover new details.
